Real Estate
We provide a range of real estate legal services to corporations,
individuals, 
developers,contractors, subcontractors, landlords and
tenants. Transactions include buying and selling raw land,
farms, apartment buildings, condominiums, homes, office
buildings, and industrial facilities. We negotiate and
draft leases and construction contracts. We routinely
handle mechanics liens.
For
many clients, property is a necessity or a store of value
for money earned in some other way. Other clients earn
their living from real estate. Complexity enters our practice
at this level when clients own property with partners
or with a business, since partner relations or the sale
of the business may require legal documentation.
We
see cross-feeds between real estate and business law,
and between real estate and litigation. We
have had substantial experience extracting investors from
multi-owner real estate investments and with resolving
new construction disputes.
